We choose the option for chilli sauce on the kebab and wasn't expecting it to look like a dugs dinner, thought they'd have sent the sauce separately but it came absolutely dripping in chilli sauce 🤮 last time ordering from here as we called up to say why is there so much sauce and the response we got was well that's what you ordered 😂 great customer service that wasn't expecting free food but could've at least sent out a replacement and next time we'd have made sure to put no sauce but that kinda attitude just makes customers not feel very valued or listened to at all.

Ordered from here a few times the food is normally OK. But service is prety slow most of the time.
Tonight we ordered and I was told they were busy so would be a while, they said 25 mins so I said 40 mins would be fine taking it to 7pm. When I got there the food was actually ready and as normal quite tasty

The reason for the review is the fact they can't read their own menu, we're not talking about lot of money but its the principal of the thing

If it says one price on the menu thsts what you should pay, their not the only ones in Alloa doing this. £21.99 = £22 to them plus extra for a bag.

Price is the price if everyone just exepts this shxxt and payes it these people all get away with it

Was told its the government thing for the bag. Ye and I'm sure the fact they only take cash in the shop is a government tax doge as well.

As I said it's not a lot of money but even to argue about it, they've just lost another customer

Phone ordered a chicken korma hoggie at 7:10. went to collect the order, it wasn't even made so had to wait, collected it at 8:10 and when i got it home it was the wrong order. This long wait time happens nearly every time we try to order. They seem to be more concerned with the Just Eat orders than other customers. So that will be the last order i make, it's now 8:30 and I've wasted my time and money with no food to show for it. Order at your own risk! or use Just Eat since that seems to be the only way to get food from here.

Do not order from here!! Me and my family got food here the other day (chips and cheese. Hoggie and donner and chips) cheese tasted off then this morning at 6am me and my grandad ended up being sick due to the food at this establishment

Food is always fresh & hot on arrival. Excellent portion sizes for the money. Never had a late delivery yet. Wee delivery guy is a credit. Always smiling and pleasant. 10/10!

giving this restaurant 1 star because you cant put 0 unfortunately, waited 2 hours on my food and was definitely not worth the wait at all. The kebab was BURNT and ordered cajun chicken nachos which was definitely not cajun chicken, when i phoned the restaurant to explain they told me that the nachos i ordered were curry? worst restaurant in alloa. wont be going back, wouldnt even feed this food to my dog.
