Turn up to tip on time..”only be 15mins drive”..2hrs later not even touched..others arrived after me and were tipped immediately 😡 made me go over my hours..total joke , and not even a funny one 🤷‍♂️..Freuchie site much much better than Balmalcolm..

No protection from the ailments against the weather standing at a window waiting 20 30mins before someone can be bothered to turn up. Telephone on the wall u ring it's just ignored . Very bad service. Worst loading place In Scotland if not Britain .

For trailer swaps follow access road to the right when you enter the site. Continue to follow this as far as you can go and opens out to a large turning area infront of loading bays. Dispatch office is next to grass at bay 1.

Located about 45 minutes bus ride from Dundee. It's a colder region compared to Dundee. I guess it's definitely enroute Glassgow.

Fruit arrives bruised, over ripe and the customer service is shocking. This is probably down to the fact that they only ever deal with people complaining so they get on the defensive rather than fixing the problem.
