I have been to this shop a number of times and when it’s open it’s great. They change open to suit themselves The advertised opening times on the website and outside the shop are a joke. I have just been there at 2pm and they were inside cashing up and wouldn’t serve me. Either change your advertised opening times on the website and outside the shop or open at the advertised times!

Never disappointed at the factory shop... Except with the opening hours: only Monday to Friday, oh and it's closed for lunch.
Bags of reject biscuits are awesome: cheap and never burned or anything: just misshapen or more than the regulation amount of chocolate. Many staff rooms around Edinburgh are kept supplied with these bags, often made of classics like mint Viscounts and Toffypops, they also make shortbread for Marks & Spencer so sometimes you end up with that 👍

They make all that mouthwatering smell only to leave the note "sold out" on the shop's door. Seriously?! How can you have no biscuits in a biscuit factory?
But once you're early, shortbread is delicious (not too sweet) and cheap. Worthwhile going after all.

They make biscuits, great biscuits! You can smell the sweetness from afar. The best thing is you can visit the factory shop and pick up a large bag of biscuits for a cheaper price than the shops! It's a win-win situation.

Not open till 3.30. Woman in there locks door ignores it and doesn't have commen decency to answer to say out off biscuits or anything
