Dealing with this company has been an incredibly frustrating experience. After weeks of communication, it’s clear they lack professionalism and transparency in their customer interactions. I spent over two weeks trying to confirm a simple design with their representative, who repeatedly failed to answer even the most basic questions that any buyer would need to know. Each time they mentioned sending samples, it felt like they were doing me a huge favor rather than fulfilling their role.

Promises were made to quote essential items, but after two weeks, I’m still waiting without a single update. They couldn’t even provide basic dimensions because they failed to inspect the necessary items or communicate about them. When I tried to confirm specifics, I felt like an inconvenience — treated with such dismissiveness that I wondered if I was facing some personal bias from the representative.

It’s surprising that someone with such an unprofessional attitude holds a senior sales role here. They cut conversations short, ignored requests for clarity on formats, and showed a complete lack of genuine customer service.
