I used this store and will continue to do so on a regular basis. The staff were amazing very helpful, very kind. If you are having a bad day you will always leave with a smile always saying “ have a lovely day” “ enjoy the rest of your day”. The Manager so polite and very attentive to the store, his colleagues and members of the public!
We need more people like this!!!

Since when did they make managers so young but so professional? Filling up today the manager, I think his name is Jake, greeted me with the most welcoming smile and asked about my day, I don’t get that at any other petrol stations! Well done to the team there at the garage, first class service🤩

Went in this morning and the store was tidy and well stocked, and the bathroom was very clean. The manager greeted me as I came in which was lovely and I was served by a nice, helpful lady at the till. Overall a very pleasant experience.

I was charged 2x for the same service yesterday! Staff said the payment has not gone through, so she asked me for the the pin a second time when I was leaving.
Transactions 2x confirmed on bank statement .

I spent the afternoon of New Year's Eve on the forecourt at the garage after the starter motor died on my horsebox and I was waiting for assistance. The staff were lovely and didn't hassle me despite the fact I was blocking a lane - and I am really appreciative of that. One chap even brought me a coffee out because I was cold (and miserable) - so an even bigger thank your that. You are 'my go to' for fuel in Thirsk.....now

Always cheerful and helpful staff. Good selection of takeaway sandwiches, snacks and drinks. Minimart for essentials. Price of fuel is not as expensive as some brands and is good quality.
