The owners were so welcoming and couldn’t do enough for you! Borrowing us equipment and entertaining the kids with pony rides and bouncy castles on whenever they asked! The facilities were the best I’ve seen on any site - clean, modern and hot radiators to warm them up (god send for the midnight toilet run). We have booked to come back next bank holiday and recommended to family/friends who have also booked. We were allowed to look around the full site and the accommodation in the Manor House is beautiful, perfectly furnished rooms with breathtaking views. The tipis and treehouse are amazing. All with hot tubs. We stayed in our own tent but still had amazing views and could have hired a hot tub also! My kids loved it, made friends and played all weekend.

We can’t wait to come back and we’re even in talks with the owner to book for our wedding next year!

We have just come back from a long weekend of camping, would definitly recommend this place from couples to families. We had a family trip and loved every minute the grounds are gorgeous and there was things for the children to do. Lovely little bar on site, facilities were to a high standard. Nothing was too much for dawn and her partner and staff they go above and beyond for their guests and we can’t wait to to book again. The facilities were kept spotless and well stocked, location fantastic and excellent value for money. We literally couldn’t of asked for anything more!

Liked: Such a relaxed, well presented and maintained site. I understand that the owners have not been open for business long, but if you are looking for a family friendly site where your kids can “go and play & just be kids” this will hit the spot: bouncy castle, inflatable slide, face painting, drum set, football, pony rides, bucking bronco (thankfully not operational for our stay! 🤣) karaoke my two boys (10yrs & 6 yrs old) have had a blast!!!!! I was able to watch all of the above from the bar with a very “generous” vodka and coke…..🤣😂🤣 lovely owners, lovely site, and very reasonably priced too. Definitely worth a visit. We will return and take one of the hot tubs next time too

Just had our second stay at burtree first time was in the treehouse, cosy, clean and very private. Hot tub is sheltered so had a lovely evening even with the weather. We have just left and stayed in the one bedroom chalet which we highly recommended as it has a brand new hydro spa hot tub. Both accommodations had log burners on as we arrived, hamza makes sure you have a lovely stay so helpful even organising a takeaway brought too us. Dawn is very friendly and you are made to feel very welcome, we will be returning in summer with the children as there would also be so much to keep them entertained 🙂

We have stayed here twice now once in the tree house and once in the tipi tents and I can honestly say this place is amazing we loved every minute of our 2 stays here. Accommodation is very clean and comfortable and the staff can't do enough for you. The minute we arrived we were made to feel so welcome by very friendly staff. The setting is amazing with beautiful views, we loved the hot tub and the barbucue area that is set up for your stay and our 8 year old son loved the bouncy castles that they had set up. We will definitely be back as this is our happy place now we love it that much thank you for such a amazing stay.

Liked: We stayed in the treehouse for 2 nights, we were looking for something quirky to celebrate our first wedding anniversary. This place did not disappoint, they have thought of everything for a comfortable stay including heated blankets and plenty of fuel for the log burner and BBQ. It was total relaxation, enjoying the views from the hot tub in a small secluded woodland setting. Would highly recommend the treehouse for a weekend getaway.

The most beautiful stay! Me my husband and our dog stayed in the treehouse. It’s one of my favourite places I’ve stayed I adored it and I can’t wait to go back. |All the little details fresh flowers heaters and a little surprise in the room I won’t spoil 😍|Big hot tub for the sunset it’s honestly divine I slept like a baby. Dog was safe to run and play it’s super Peaceful. |Staff were lovely! Can’t recommend enough |Value for money, book directly 🫶🏻|I look forward to our next stay! |Beautiful place

We stayed in the tree house/cabin. It was very nice having our own space and secluded hot tub. The wood burner inside is a small one, so it smoked out while we opened the door to stock it up. But, that wasn't an issue too much. Stayed warm until morning. It was clean and tidy on arrival and the staff were helpful. Would stay again. Regards.
