Fantastic service! I booked extremely last minute (literally 30 minutes before closing time) and they rung me and got everything sorted. Greeted very well and felt welcomed. Very good at going through everything and explaining what's what. Vehicle very clean and well presented. On return of vehicle was greeted well and vehicle checked back in in a reasonable time frame. Well recommend using Alley Cat again.

Very good and professional service. Could take the van back late on a Saturday afternoon which was very convenient. Nice van to drive. A bit disappointed in being charged for excess mileage but this was clearly explained before hiring the van and even with that it still worked out considerably cheaper than competitors. Would recommend to anyone who needs to hire a van.

A really good experience renting from alley cat. The van I ordered wasn't available and they gave me an upgrade free of charge. They did call to make I was OK with a bigger van. The van I had was very clean and just a year old and not a base model. The chap at Thetford was very friendly and talked through everything before I drove off. The day price was very competitive.
I will certainly use alley cat again.
