Title: Poor customer service
On the 8th November 2024 I ordered an 18.2W (150W) Dimmable LED 118mm R7s Warm White. In its place a different bulb was delivered. I emailed the service team who on the 13th November 2024 informed me the correct bulb had been sent out. It is now the 2nd January 2025, I have not recovered the correct bulb as promised. No response to two emails. Request for refund made. Terrible customer service. Don’t buy from this company if you want to get what you order or the promised replacement. Alas David Major the manager of LED Specialist does not seem to have a full grasp of this business.

Ordered 3 20w V-Tac battens and 1 10w V-Tac batten, all arrived in great condition and on time.
A competitive price for these items especially considering the quality of the light colour and extremely easy to install.

Super services, great communication from order placed through to delivery, exactly what I needed when building my own house and looking to move in imminently. Quite hard without lights and bulbs! I received a curtesy call as well recommending slightly better or updated bulbs than I'd placed an order for at the same price point. All round great service and would highly recommend.

Poor customer service. Never received the lights that I ordered. Contacted them after a few days when I should have received the lights. They sent the lights again with no expected date of delivery. Took ages to get these lights. They were rude to me when I contacted them regarding the expected date I would receive the second delivery. Took over a month with my electrician waiting to finish the job.

Amazing customer care and specialist advice. I called for advice about led bulbs, colour balance and compatibility with a particular brand of dimmer switch, very pleasant and helpful, followed up with emails of recommendations. I couldn't have asked for more. And best of all my dining room lights no longer flicker... Thanks Tom

Unfortunately the incorrect wattage bulbs were sent originally, but after a quick email David promptly arranged to send the correct bulbs as a replacement. I was really impressed with the service - anyone can make mistakes, it's how they are rectified which is important. I'd certainly buy from them again in future.
