Shout out to Paul! What a legend. Going out of his way to fix a problem I thought was on there side. But turns out it was my end. But.. he still fixed the issue for me.

Lightsave staff were very helpful when I went to inquire about some light fittings. I went back to order them and had a call the next day to say they were ready to be collected. Wonderful service, I was very impressed.

Had a weird connector of light-bulb to replace and phoned up Lightsave to see if they had one. They recommended I come in with it so they could see. Unfortunately they didn't but they offered to phone up some other business to see if they could locate one. In the end, I ended up buying parts to replace the connector with a different type. When that didn't work, I ended up getting a different connector from B&Q but they gave me a full refund and the advice they gave was great. Highly recommend!
