Amazing service, and the best quality meat around.

I have noticed alot of loyalty with the locals. The peri peri chicken is delicious especially for the bbq season! Has definately been a hit with my family!

Always helpful and give advice with cooking ideas. One of the cleanest and friendliest places I've been to that I'm willing to travel quite a distance just to go there. Definitely the best halal meat shop in Reading.

Terribly rude customer service. On 23/08/2016 when I visited the store and waited for my turn by the counter. One of guy with glasses and no facial hair approached me. He said something in his language which I didn't hear and understand properly.
I then asked him politely that if he could repeat as meat cutting machine was running on the background. He replied in a arrogant way that I should have an Hearing Aid as I can't hear him properly.

I told him that he is very rude as he shouldn't need to tell to customers to have an Hearing Aid. He then get start arguing with me and claiming that he is the politest person in the shop. It is me who had a bad day outside and take that wrongly. He further added that he will be the rudest person to me from now and onward.

Finally he came to the point that if I think that he been rude to me then I should not visit the shop again.

This is the last time that I have visited the shop and have zero intention to visit the shop again.
