7N Architects are very happy with the waste uplift service provided by HUBBA ( general, recycling and food waste). Having a named account manager (Conner) really makes a difference, and has definitely fostered a good relationship with HUBBA. Conner seems to quickly and positively respond to our queries. The professionalism of the operatives is noticable, in particular they return the bins to the location and in the same format as they found them. This is really appreciated as we dont want cause any issues to our neighbours who also use the same space. All this and at a lower costs that our previous solutions, and simpler contract end too if we want to move on. If only more companies operated in this way.

*EDIT 09/05/2024* i HAVE STILL YET TO RECEIVE MY REFUND, WOULD BE NICE IT THAT WAS ACTIONED SOONER RATHER THAN LATER.

*EDIT* Further to your response to my very honest review of your company, whilst I can appreciate we all make mistakes, you made the same mistake 3 weeks running and had the cheek to take the money from me for services you had not delivered and even though the mistake was yours and yes I was very frustrated, you then told me you were cancelling my contract, and when I told you to go ahead, you then said I couldnt leave as I was in contract, how very conflicting. If your staff were trained better and mistakes were not repeated several times in a row, I would not have been as annoyed as I was but ultimatly you really let me down as a company, and the money for the service I did not receive has still not been returned. I have 8 other shops and have never had this problem with the other company I have used for the last 35 years. ***
I had a commercial business contract with Hubba. I set up a direct debit which I received confirmation of. They got confused over me setting up a direct debit. I am not sure how as its fairly simple! But the direct debit was set up, and I got an email confirmation. They then harassed me saying there was not a direct debit in place, even though there was. They just keep saying they were confused but I don’t really know what about as the direct debit was set up. Due to this my bins had not been emptied for 3 weeks. The first week it was missed. The second week I said I would leave as much as possible on top of the bins because of a rat issue and they said that was fine. The second week they did not take the bins as they said there was too much on top. The 3rd week I took them all off and the bin lid was only a couple of inches open, same as usual and they had always been taken before. They still did not take them. I cannot attach a photo as it won’t let me, but as soon as the issue is resolved I will upload a photo. Their customer service is disgraceful and they then had the audacity to cancel my contract. I was talking loud to them due to frustration and that’s why they cancelled the contract. They took my money though which shows how desperate they are to rip people off. I had to hire a skip to take the rubbish. Avoid these cowboys at all costs.

I had used this company for about 2 years now. A very transparent company with no hidden cost and they are straight with their dealings. They keep your bills as low as possible and the waste collection had always been on time. The good thing about this company is that, they don't tie you down with a minimum contract. If you are not happy, you may leave anytime after settling their bills. No fuss rule. My advice to those reading this review to try them and I can assure you will stay with this company long as I did. The staffs are very friendly and polite too. A good company do business. Bravo

Hubba do charge a lot for excessive weight compare to other waste companies. Be very careful when you sign contract with them. when you sign 12 months contract with them, they will charge you £295.51 termination fee even you try to leave them after 16 months , they say contract is automatically renewed after 12 months, Plus you have to give 3 months leaving notice in advance before 24 months comes to end.

Since joining Hubba in September 2022 they have been fantastic! We have worked with other waste collection services before but this one is by far the best around West Sussex! Their prices are very reasonable, the service itself is always punctual and professional. So much so that we now have two sites working with them and are keen to work with them in the future.
Would highly recommend for businesses within hospitality.

Go up
