We have worked with Chef TLB for a couple of years now, and his work keeps getting better. Food has been exceptional, with the best ingredients, imagination and attention to detail. This has been coupled with service excellence and great communication that has kept us informed every step of the journey. One of the best vendors we've had in at Anarchy Brew Co. From absolutely stack pies with smoked mash and jus, to fall off the bone chicken drummers with an unreal blue cheese sauce. Tom and Dean are top lads and really know their craft. Strongly recommend.

Had an amazing Mother's Day meal cooked for 5 of us. The duck with a fig and champagne jus was delicious but the highlight for me was the decadent melting chocolate pudding with pistachio ice cream. Superb food, excellent service would highly recommend. Thank you TLC

You can tell the team who works at TLC love their jobs, by the standard of food they produce, the amount of effort and time is clearly shown. Also putting out no flavour combinations and trying something different. Will Always recommend. Thank you guys
