I took my just 2 year old and nearly 7 year old this morning.

The under 3s section is the best I've seen in a soft play, with things for babies all the way up to a mini version of the older kids frame. However, lots of the balls in the pit were dirty and some parts of the padded areas were in much need of replacement.

My eldest got a bit bored after 40 minutes. The frame isn't the biggest and she found it quite repetitive. A younger child would appreciate it a bit more I think.

Food is averagely priced for a soft play, came quickly and was nice.

There are lots of tables and seats, but the table closest the under 3 sections often blocked the doorway in and out of that section.

Lots of parking available, including places for electric cars and at least 2 overflow carparks - parking is not an issue here and is free!

After paying £25 for 5 entry tickets for pumpkin picking on arrival we were told the price of the pumpkins! I had previously made a phone call to the farm asking what was included in the entry tickets and was told small and medium pumpkins were included and had to pay for large ones. So very disappointing when we arrived and this was not the case.
Although the lady gave us 2 medium ones I still had to buy another one for £5 as we had 3 children. This was not right as we were given the wrong information.
We would have gone elsewhere and paid £7 per car.

The so call funfair was unsafe dirty with a man fixing the trampoline while children were on it! The ropes looked like it needed replacing. Just another money making scheme. Health and safety should be involved.
On the upside the decoration was nice.

We booked the pumpkin picking. I had to reschedule due to a personal problem and when I called them, they were absolutely lovely and understanding and let me choose another slot that would work better. Staff very friendly and my girls had a blast choosing their pumpkins and then playing on the riders available on the day. Will certainly go back to explore the restaurant and the softplay!

A fun time picking pumpkins (something that isn’t a ‘thing’ in Western Australia!) with my family. The young man who greeted us was so friendly and explained the process clearly. So many pumpkins to choose from! All ages catered for. We went from breakfast at Penelope’s first. Jumping castles are there for the children. Definitely go!😊

A brilliant spot for pumpkin picking! Staff are friendly and provide you with wheel barrows for carrying pumpkins.

Vast variety of pumpkin shapes, sizes .. Not to mention, there were plenty of pumpkin-themed photo ops.

Went on a weekend and it was quite busy but great atmosphere .

Would recommend visiting for Halloween festivities.

£5 each to get into a field of pumpkins on the floor of a small field! No actual 'picking' as theyre not grown in that field. Overpriced pumpkins. We were willing to buy a whole wheelbarrow of pumpkins before we arrived (like at Stanhill), but left with just purchasing one small £1.50 pumpkin. We would have spent double if it was cheaper to get in. Also didnt want to visit cafe to avoid spending furtber money. A very poor business model.
Perhaps you should offer a free ride with all child entries, but no they cost additional money too.
The 'stolen from Beck Evans farm' labels on the wheelbarrows were probably a little too aggressive.

Disgusting customer service!

Booked for pumpkin picking I have a 4 year old and a 7 month old baby.

Weather is absolutely dreadful weather warnings put out over the UK to which I'm not prepared to take my children out in.

Contacted them for a refund as im away the following week and it's the last week of the event. I was told no but I can reschedule for when I'm back and they will save a few pumpkins for me to collect. Not enjoyable for my 4 year old at all to go to an empty filled to pick up a few pumpkins and go home

The event 1 should have been cancelled due to the weather warnings 2 if you can't attend an event within the dates due to circumstances out of your control you should be able to get a refund!

I find this absolutely disgraceful and disgusting they expect people to either bring their kids out in terrible weather with warnings put or lose their money. They are very rude and have no customer service skills whatsoever.

Never will be booking again absolute joke wish I read all the other reviews before booking as from what I've seen I'm not the 1st and probably won't be the last to give a bad review!

Reply to their comment below:
I explained I am away the following week so can't attend the event. No further option was given apart from to come to an empty field after the event is finished which I will explain AGAIN is not enjoyable for a 4 year old!

As these are the circumstances they should have offered a refund instead of replying with rude and ignorant emails! Then go on to block me on all social media after leaving bad reviews on there!

ABSOLUTE JOKE

We have paid £40 a night to park our motorhome and for the use of the so called facilities. The toilets are overflowing with faeces, the rubbish bins in all of the toilets are overflowing with rubbish, I wouldn’t wash my dog in the shower let alone my kids. I called to complain about the toilets and showers, the lady on the phone extended her apologies and assured me that she would make sure that this was rectified and more than 24hours later no action has been taken. We would have been better to pitch in a lay-by as we would have the same level of facilities.
Very disappointing, would definitely avoid.
