Yup exact same experience as the other review by Susan.
Packets had a disgusting oil smell in all the ones I bought.
One bag had bits of hard plastic in it.
E-mailed the company and got zero response from them.
Clearly don't care about customer issues and their quality assurance during production is failing.

Don't bother replying to my review with some generic "thanks for your time, we're looking into it and take it seriously" fake response. If you cared you would have responded to Susan's or my email.

Bought 2 multi packs of the cheesy straws and there was an awful chemical smell when we opened the packets. I taste tested in case it was just the packaging, however the taste was repulsive - no idea how these cleared quality control. Clearly a faulty batch. I notified kiddylicious however they didn't respond, even though they say they respond to all messages within 48 hours. Very disappointed in their customer service. We live in Germany and I had bought these on a visit back to the UK as they were my infants' favourite snack. Emphasis on 'were'.
