I really enjoyed the morning I spent trout fishing at Tillingbourne Farm. If you like fresh trout, it does not come fresher than catching your own. They are well stocked and managed very well. Certainly worth your time if you like a spot of easy fishing! The guys will clean and prepare your catch on site and the prices are good too. The farm shop seems to stock very nice produce and I will be visiting again to buy some meats. I think they have their own smoker for salmon and trout on site, which looks like it is worth trying for sure. All in all, top experience and well worth a visit.

I wanted to explore surrey's fishing opportunities as a way of stating my fishing season, and came across tillingbourne farm.

I saw the price, 10£ for entry and 11£ pr kg caught trout or 35£ for coarse fishing And thought let's give it a go.

I was so surprised off how calm the place was, with animals around you, clear water and friendly staff.

I caught 4 beautiful trouts and came away with a great feeling both price and experience wish.

In fact I was so happy with the price that I bought a few venison sausages from their farm shop as well, they were equally amazing!

I have been so surprised by this place, that I wanted to show my fishing mate intently so we have book another fishing slot only a week after this trip.

I would highly recommend this place to people their like fishing or want to get into fish and who just want a nice day out.

Fantastic place a little hidden gem. £10 two rods and they provide everything you need for two hours of fishing. You have to pay for what you catch and the cost is reasonable, the fish we caught were big, they gut them for you then weigh them and for 5 large fish was £33. I just looked it up and £15-20 in Waitrose per fresh trout so the cost is reasonable. Plus you get to catch them and the taste on the day is fantastic. Just don’t let your 8 year old catch more than you, they won’t let you forget it.

Staff are great, explained everything, were very polite. They do have restrictions on numbers which they explained to us politely so no issue.

They even let us stay parked there while we visited the village.

Eggs are very good quality and the fish and meat they offer is also very good. Farm shop prices but locally produced and sourced I am happy to pay for what you get.

Such a nice place to hangout on the weekends! I've never try fishing for my entire life, and this is my first time fishing! And gotta tell you it was a fun experience, me and my friends got one fish each (and ofc we cook and eat it after that).
The pond isn't so big which is great for fishing, you're going to get at least 1 fish for sure (even you don't know how to fishing like me lol).
You can rent the equipment there, and they will clean all fishes for you after that. There are another animal in the farm as well, which is fun to look at, they are just cute ❤️
Another suggestion, I think it's easier to get fishes in the morning since I saw the group before me got plenty of them. But I'm not so sure about that.. mayb I'm just bad at fishing? Idk 🤔

Great place that I'm sure we'll be back to. Nice little pond ideal for kids, and big kids. We caught 5 in our 2hr slot. Water very clear so you can see the fish. Nice 1 person sized fish.
