Fantastic breakfast, interesting menu. Staff were lovely, friendly and very professional.
Sad that we were surrounded by plastic plants, when they could have used real ones, but otherwise couldn't fault the place.

Stunning place, Luxury Garden Centre if ever there was one. Plants indoor & outdoor, beautiful gifts, clothes etc.
The restaurant is Great (No Bookings allowed, walk-ins only.) However, you get a buzzer to let you know when a table is free, so you can wander around the place, as it’s almost always full. No wonder, the food is delicious & plenty of it. Good choices too (I’m vegetarian) No room for cake sadly, however, on your way out, you go through the food hall/market. Fresh fruit & veg, with cakes & treats to take away. This place is well worth it. Staff are so friendly & a real credit to them. Well done Beckworth, well done ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Xmas Cream Tea - VERY disappointed!
Some basics that you'd expect are just not there. You get a boxed set of sandwich fingers (which were drying on edges), miniature sponge and rock hard scone. All on a picnic table (which x4 boxes don't fit on) alongside a small teapot for 2 people to share (literally 1 cup each) - oh and milk is apparently self serve as after waiting we went to ask and were told - "there's milk on the side, I'll get you a jug". Honestly - you'd be better get the £8 take away cream tea and not getting robbed with the £20.95 Xmas Cream Tea.

Had a wonderful afternoon tea here with a group of friends. Highly recommend. Being gluten-free, it was a nice surprise to find they could cater for me, without having to pre book! It does get very busy around lunchtime, especially for afternoon teas. You can't pre book, so turning up early is a must. Afternoon tea is served from 12. Our server, Lauren, was an absolute star. Attention to detail was brilliant, and she was beyond helpful.

A big garden centre Emporium with a large carpark. There are food stalls with quality meats, fruits and vegetables, drinks etc. There is a home decor area with lots of products from decorative bottles, drinks coasters to side tables and lamps. There is a very big restaurant at Beckworth Emporium. When it is busy they use a pager system to alert you when a table is ready for you so you can still wander around and browse instead of waiting in a queue. The food in the restaurant is great. Good quality and well presented. The staff were very good. However when it's full the restaurant can be very noisy due to the way the building amplifies the chat. The outside garden centre area is kept stock with plenty of lovely, well tended plants. Definitely worth a visit.

I used to love going there. Food was good and a nice environment to eat. However, I believe it's now in the hands of a group. The food was poor and it wasn't reflected in the over inflated prices. I ordered a panini which looked like it had been sat on.
I ventured around the outdoor garden area and the condition of the plants was bad. Pots and plants lying in the walkways and no obvious attention given to the health of the plants. The second star was only given because the staff are pleasant.

Comfortable glasshouse restaurant serve with nice appearance afternoon tea set and unlimited drinks. And the BBQ pulled pork Panini served with slow roasted pulled pork and melted cheese is delicious.
