A year ago Clinimed had a problem producing the dressing Clinisorb this ment patients like myself had non for there wounds which then effected my physical health and my mental health . Clinimed said they where sorry but didn't really do anything to help the situation, just words, eventually the problem was resolved.
Unfortunately Clinimed haven't learnt from the previous issues because we are here yet again, no clinisorb available yet again.
In June I was told when I ordered the dressing there was a problem again with manufacturering but they would be available by the end of June that didn't happen, I was then told it would be July that didn't happen then I was told beginning of August then that changed to mid August and that didn't happen, now I've been told beginning of September. This is definitely not acceptable, why do this to poorly people who rely on this dressing, I have a serious open wound that won't heal managed daily by district nurses clinisorb is a big part of the wound dressing to help with the smell so it's effecting my mental health and wellbeing badly I've a history of suicide, I can't use anything else it has to be clinisorb and the 10x10 size so this doesn't help my mental health it's also effecting my life and my physical health , no one cares about the patients if they did this wouldn't keep happening. Would you say it's being professional, Would you say it's Acceptable. I certainly don't.

I've been using the Clinisorb product in 10x10 since taking an overdose in 2012 due to Odour from an abdominal wound that won't heal. I have never had a problem getting them from my pharmacy and they help my Mental health issues. But the last 2 months there is a manufacturering problem and can't get them... WHY! This is impacting on my wound, my physical health and my mental health.
All I'm getting is different excuses but no one will take responsibility. The problem needs sorting, Now .
I have a stoma bag too which my suppliers get from you how can I trust CliniMed anymore if you are not getting this right and thinking about the patients who need the product. .

@Clinimed....... I now need to update and Say thank you to the Director of clinimed but especially Zoe who as been so helpful and understanding not just with the clinisorb issues but understanding my whole situation. Zoe as helped me with the help of the clinimed team by finding a solution to the problem for me. It's early days and I just hope it all goes according to plan.
