I only gave it two stars because the Soil arrived on time...Aside from that, I was looking for good topsoil for a new lawn, but nowhere on the item description did it mention the soil might contain weeds... My whole lawn is covered in weeds. I would not recommend buying topsoil for your lawn from these guys... absolutely terrible top soil

Good prices especially on those bigger bulkier orders. Stock is good quality and they are rarely out of stock of anything. Service in the shop is generally good, depending on who you get. Bear in mind they have 2 sites that hold different products, so make sure you are going to the right one. Parking can get tight at the Hughenden one if you go at busy times (in my experience they are busiest around 9ish and lunch time)

One delivery with two turfing batches.

Got a trufing delivery which was laied after two days from the delivery where we noticed two batches were included, majority from a bad batch and a few from a good batch. When complaied I was informed that it was due to two day delay in laying but you can clearly see there were good ones and bad ones even after the two days the goods ones has comeup nicely. Written to MD again but no response. Do not recomend using this supplier.

So impressed with delivery!
I just had my delivery from Country Supplies - 5 x tonne bags to be craned over the back of my garden fence.
Driver was great - backing through a housing estate with no complaints, and he managed to manoeuvre around a parked car (that had ignored my bollards and signs not to park) and somehow get the delivery done.
No complaints from driver - made it look easy - 20 mins in and out.
Will definitely use again.

Superb from start to finish. We had a total of 24 tonnes of material across two deliveries. Efficient ordering and very helpful delivery staff got the job done in a week. I have already referred them to friends and will be using them again for further projects to come.

Came up here from Exeter to buy timber for my decking. Saving over £1000.00 over buying locally. They couldn't have been more helpful, the young man on the till and especially the young man who helped me to load the truck.
The quality of the timber is excellent. It was well worth the 400+ mile round trip.

Any deliveries to this site have to be done between 07:30 and 16:00!
The drive, and yard area are small and used by their own vehicles, customers, and outside hauliers.

Anyone delivering in really should park up before the houses on the left, and ring the site choosing option 2 for transport.

Overall impression is that they could do better.
