Good parking, friendly helpful staff.
Some items no longer stocked, (is Marmite crisps), and some only stocked in larger packs. Still good value.

I hadn’t been here in a while so hadn’t realised the time it shuts, I walked into to have some rude older lady with in the team, who may as well of been yelling at me, saying we’re closing in 5 minutes, clearly incapable of doing a minute of overtime for anyone, self centred and rude, abrupt, absolutely shocking this place employs anyone of that character. No customer service at all other than a lovely lady with glasses who helped me.

I’ll be putting in a complaint to their Branch Manager, I wouldn’t speak to people like that in my place of work, I certainly don’t expect that attitude whether you have 5 minutes till close or not.

I even had the courtesy to say I’ll be quick and just to grab a few bits rather, rather than me spend 15 being obnoxious.

Disgusting attitude I hope someone in management deals swiftly with it probably the same lady, as complained about in other posts of rudeness.

Been working there for a while so seen the good and the bad.,currently it’s bad very bad for staff moral.availability is key and this is its beating heart.staff are rushed and pulled from one section to another so no area is covered that well.no manager that can get the moral going as it used to be.staff leaving a lot shows you how it’s going.i was there for 21 years before leaving on health grounds.so stay away for the moment and shop elsewhere.
