Excelente good quality of frozen home made food, as all the fresh biscuits, nuts, etc they’re selling in the shop. Reasonable price for a meal for two, it could be a tiny more, because all of we have eaten so far has been delicious. Very clean shop which gives you a great feeling and lovely, friendly and helpful service. Good luck keep it on

We ordered the Christmas vegan meal combo and picked it up after Christmas, whereupon we were presented with packages showing the reduced clearance price, but still charged the full amount.

Cooking the food is where the problems really begin. Although this is sold as a complete meal, the six different components require separate cooking. Four are to be cooked in the oven at one temperature all for different times and one at a different temperature! There are then two items each to spend different times in the microwave. This converts what I’d imagined would be a very convenient way of cooking our late Christmas meal into a logistic nightmare. I would never ever recommend this package to anyone. It may be that it will taste marvellous, but the complexity involved in cooking it makes it impossible to enjoy. The Cook Shop must laugh behind their hands at customers on whom this “complete meal” is foisted.

Great quality frozen meals, brilliant cheat if you need to cater for a dinner party but don't have time to cook. Awesome range of condiments. The spiral cheese pastries are so morish. Not cheap but the extra bit of expense can be offset by the amount of time it can save you. Staff are friendly and the service is excellent

Great! COOK is so convenient! There's a large selection of dishes and pre packed foods at the counter. Staff are really friendly and will be willing to assist you with pretty much anything. What's also great is the same recipes are available in so many different sizes and it's really organised so you can find your way around (not that it's a very big store anyway). Overall, really impressed. Pies and all, it's the best frozen food store in Henley-on-Thames. If you don't have the time or patience to cook homemade dishes, consider buying products from COOK. (They normally require about a half hour of baking in the oven). Super impressed.

This is part of a very small chain and for us a really find. The day before Christmas 2018, my partner had an out patient's operation so we ordered or entire Christmas dinner from their Headington, Oxford branch which I was able to easily cook without cremation.

This year, 2019, we decided to go Indian, and got the meal from this branch. Excellent! Best to order though at these peak times.

As a bonus, the staff are very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.
