An online retailer let me down. I purchased a Sthil HSA100 hedge trimmer with Saturday delivery (Extra Charge). Despite two emails trying to get this online retailer to confirm delivery, nothing arrived. Turns out they missed the order. I phoned Lister Wilder, Ashford Branch, at 11:30 AM on Saturday (They close at midday on Saturday), and a staff member named David answered; he was accommodating, not only willing to remain after closing to provide me with extra time to get there but also offering to deliver the item on his way home (Which he did). Oh!!, they also had my item in stock, which was also £12.00 less expensive than the online retailer. I wholeheartedly recommend these guys; they are helpful, responsive, and willing to go the extra mile.

Great service from the team today

Called in to the Ashford branch with a view to purchasing a Kubota Excavator. The salesman wasn't there but one of the mechanics was very helpful showing me the machine.
I left my details with a view to getting prices and delivery but the salesman never contacted me. I rang a week later and spoke to a sales administrator who said she would pass my details on to Paul, who apparently is the sales guy and he would be in touch.
Another week has gone past and he hasn't so won't be ordering a machine from them either now or in the future.
A complete waste of my time trying to deal with this company

Lister wilder Ashford are professional,knowledgble and highly competitive on price. They are a great "one stop shop"! We have been buying all our equipment, supplies and machinery from them for 15 years.

Ask for Kevin at the parts desk, incredible depth of knowledge, can locate spare parts from a simple description. He is an expert in guiding you towards the right mower for any job and will often be able to supply and build within a day!

Jack on service will diagnose faults on machinery with ease! We have taken equipment to Jack that other main dealers have struggled to repair, he has found the fault within the hour. A true professional with a passion for all things mechanical with charming and friendly personality.

Phil and Andy on machinery sales have always located the best equipment and can even source from Kubota Uk within days at highly competitive prices.

Two gentlemen operate front counter one is amazing helpful polite the other one is so rude and unhelpful it's unreal I was even looking for the camera thinking it must have been a TV show he wa so awful. Thankfully, the other gentlemen came and took over and faith was restored.
