Lovely little place for a bit of lunch. Was expecting just a small choice of a few items, but it was a decent menu. Plenty to choose from. And loads of cakes!! All looked delicious. The caramel & popcorn cake definitely was 😋

Visited lady green yesterday with my two dogs . Staff very friendly and helpful especially Simon who was on the till . I only live locally and often pop in and always leave with something . I think they are missing out as all the dog owners would love to have a place to sit inside and eat when weather is not good. Also a app so you can order from your seat if on your own with a dog even when outside in summer. I would use a lot more as I am sure others would

Great garden centre for most of your needs. Great to see a fantastic collection of plants available for autumn and winter, as well as ideas and suggestions for spring.
The garden centre is also getting it's Christmas displays ready.
Had a great afternoon tea with family this afternoon.

I've recently moved to Southport and went into the Lady green garden center to get some bits to spruce up the garden. It's so much bigger inside than it looks from the outside.

It has a huge collection of things to buy, not just gardening, but gifts too. It has scented candles and room fragrances, handmade soaps and beauty/ body care. Hand/body creams, food gifts, baby gifts, books and a few children's teddies and toys as well as all the usual garden things, including garden ornaments, furniture's, bbqs and heating.

I was incredibly impressed with the amount of things they stocked, their plant section is amazing, but it is quite expensive. You could easily get items much cheaper somewhere else (especially plants, planting stuff snd furniture) but they do have an amazing collection of plants (things that are harder to come by elsewhere) that are in excellent condition. I don't think i saw one unhappy plant, they all looked well cared for and really healthy.

We went on a day where it was absolutely chucking it down with rain, so we didn't get to walk round outside much (I did with my brolly before it got too bad), and it's so beautiful. There are plenty of outdoor areas to sit down. And enjoy the view.

We went for a cuppa afterwards with our little one, in the cafe and was impressed to find they have a vegan cake on offer. As a family who can't tolerate dairy, this was a pleasant surprise.

You can sign up for a store reward card, which we didn't (I got a leaflet which I read later and wish I'd read sooner/ have also photographed). If you sign up (£12 for the year) you get 2 cups of tea free each month. If we'd have signed up, we had had our tea for free! Well worth considering if you know you'll go once a month.

I've included some photos of the vegan cake as well as some of the things we bought and the menu!

Overall, it has a great selection of plants that are healthy and thriving, and garden stuff as well as nice gifts and smellies, but it is all a bit more expensive than other garden centers.

This was a chance discovery when looking to go for lunch after visiting Crosby Beach. What a wonderful garden centre that is so much more. An amazing gift shop packed full of amazing things you need to have or are wonderful presents.
We found the restaurant, a very helpful lady got us a menu as I was with a person with mobility issues. I was able to order at the counter where very helpful staff were on hand. We choose fishfinger sandwich and tuna and cheese toasty with chips along with cold orchard fruit sparking drink. It didn't take long for our food to arrive which was really good. There is a wonderful seating area to eat outside in a beautiful garden setting.
Meandering paths take you around the outdoor plant selection which are beautifully displayed. There is also a lake and a tranquil japanese pond.
We look forward to returning soon.

I have been here many times before and never had a problem, its a beautiful garden centre and ive always had lovely food. However today was very disappointing. We were a group of 6 who had cycled there for breakfast and arrived in the queue for food at about 11.10am. The breakfast menu finishes at 11.30am. When I got to the till at 11.23, I was told the breakfast menu was finished. I wasn't very impressed at this as we were still well within time but I asked about sandwiches only to be told the lunch menu wasn't available until 11.30! I then asked, what could I order and the server said, "cake." I then asked about sandwiches. The last one of our group, behind me then said, "It's 11.23. Is this not just splitting hairs?" She said "No!" Then she told me I could pre order sandwiches from the lunch menu but couldn't have them until after 11.30. When we got to the table the first couple of our group had bacon barms. Despite the fact we all joined the queue at the same time and we were all actually well served before 11.30! An absolute joke.
