Really enjoyed our visit this morning. Staff were friendly, polite and helpful without being pushy. Already found my next mower, along with a nice winter hat. Would recommend you check it out if you are wanting all things tractor!

Called into the showroom this morning to enquire / purchase a piece of equipment.It was very quiet only one other customer. I stood at the counter for a while, lots of staff sat at desks looking at computers ignored me, after a long wait someone came over to me and asked what I wanted when I told them they said they did not know anything about the item I wanted to buy, I asked if anyone else was available to help and they replied no they were all too busy. So I left and I will spend my money elsewhere. Very poor customer experience. I assume they have hit their sales targets and don't need to sell anything else.

Just look for the john deer tractors on the forecourt. Depending on which way you approach from you have to turn before the petrol station if coming from A5 and drive around the back of petrol station to get to carol yard not hard to see what needs to be done. Just watch out for all the cars can be tight.

Very happy with the service I received from the Farol(Hinckley) parts department. I needed a relatively obscure part for a pretty obscure John Deere tractor and Keith was absolutely on point locating the part number and sourcing the parts I needed. Very polite,knew his stuff and willing to assist. Very happy. Cup of tea and donuts for Keith. Many thanks Farol.

Popped into Farol today looking for a chain saw. The sales assistant Keith was very helpful and knowledgeable. Felt relaxed and under no pressure to buy, they had what we wanted in stock for a good price. Would be happy to recommend them.
