Nice shop. Polite team. There's a staff number 20475 on my receipt ... if this is the gentleman who was on the till I would like like to say how nice he was. Very good shopping experience.

Went to buy a microwave oven. The first store assistant immediately showed me what was on display and what was in stock. I realised it was too heavy to carry to the car so the assistant at the till offered to take it to the car for me! Excellent customer service all round. The staff are all so helpful in the Barnet branch. Thank you!!

I wanted a new bird seed holder with a cage surrounding. There was only one on display but with an ill fitting lid. The assistant kindly took the trouble to go up the stairs for a duplicate. The we birds have been enjoying the seed from the feeder.

A very good shop! You can find nearly everything you need for home from cooking tools to gardening stuff. Quite a lot of useful things like air fryers and baking dishes. The staff is also nice. Always go there if I need anything!
