I am really unhappy to buy the products, gas fries fryer and Combi oven, both a not working, we are connect to manager ffd, but he can't take any responsibility, he say check the gas line, we are chack the gas engineer gas line is ok, but when we contract he say he can't anything elase He can't take refunds he can't do repair the both on thnigs I order also 2 pair kabab machine door they delivery one pair when i was complain they say they delivered on two pair, I am really disappointing for FFD service

We ordered prodis chiller and service was amazing from the beginning to the end. Also, we had some issues with the chiller but Laura was really helpful and managed to resolve in a very efficient manner. The whole team of FFD including Carol have been very helpful and I would highly recommend this company. 💥

FFD catering equipment.. well... what can i say? They have changed my game, not only have they supplied me with the best equipment that was in my budget, they delivered the next day, any issues have been resolved instantly, and i just couldnt be happier with the service, Cory was great, the back up staff are lovely.
