Great service from the team. 10 of us for breakfast as 2 families and food was good. Value for money especially with children eating free.

Popped in for an evening meal having been in earlier for drinks and noticed they appeared to be short staffed. Three young ladies and a male manager.

Quite a long wait to be served. The manager on Thursday 15th August 2024 was very blunt with every customer he served. The poor ladies still smiled and were friendly.

Food OK, could have been a little hotter (lack of staff to bring food to table's) The table behind us asked for a different table due to the air con (which was cold) and bluntly told by the manager we don't have time to clear the empty tables. Very poor. Would not have taken more than a couple of minutes.

Had a catch up lunch with a friend and the food was delicious, service by Natalie was attentive and found everything to be clean and tidy.

We stay here quite often for work and sometimes the experience has not been great. However, tonight we've just had a really nice meal. We were served by Ola, who did a great job. The food was lovely too, very impressed by the Christmas menu and the gluten free burger was great too.

Quite a wait to be seated and appeared under staffed. However the waiting staff were friendly.

You can't go to a Beefeater with returning to the 80s. The prawn cocktail was lovely as usual.

My sirloin staff was 20% gristle. Making it difficult to eat and unpleasant. The chips were very odd. Hot but undercooked maybe? I was tempted to send the back but the lack of staff made it tricky.

Breakfast was equally disappointing. I'm not sure what the orange liquid served was, but it tasted a bit like diluted Umbongo. Very unpleasant.

I must stop going to the Beefeater when staying at Premier Inn.

We came here for an about average meal. But it was actually really good. The lady serving us was phenomenal amazing time to talk. Interacted with my daughters. Unfortunately the thing that let this down was the chicken and rib combo because the grilled chicken was chewy and dry. All the sauces couldn't lift that up. But everyone else's was good.

Visited today for lunch, our main reason was we spotted the festive menu in an email sent to us.
It looked so good so had to try it out.
On arrival we were greeted by a lovely man who I think was in management and he was very friendly and we shared a joke with him, he offered my son colouring in which made him very happy.
Our waitress Summer was in training. She was so good, very welcoming and jolly, keen to learn and nothing was too much trouble. She’s a real asset.
Our food was delicious, we were so impressed we had dessert and that didn’t disappoint either.
The bill was very reasonable too.
All in all a very good experience and the whole family went home happy & full.
Nice big car park (don’t forget to register your vehicle on arrival)
Clean toilets, disabled friendly.
We highly recommend this place and we will be visiting again.

Raw roasted ham that should be well roasted.I mentioned about this to the waitress but apart from smile didn't get any update.Left 2 slices on the plate as it was so chewy. 40 mins waiting from ordering. One size coke only
