Having enjoyed their Chai Latte for many years, we encountered 2 tins which didn't seem to have enough milk powder resulting in a very non frothy result. We contacted them and after a few weeks received a letter to say that they had tested that batch and there was nothing wrong. We have done our own test and can blatantly see that there is a massive colour difference in the two different batches. Instead of writing this off, as a business owner myself, I would have requested that the 2 problem tins be returned back and these tested and replaced. Extremely poor customer service and have been left feeling like a liar.

Be prepared for a long wait if you are delivering - they will keep you waiting for over 2 hours while they keep disappearing and then they are just miserable. Fork lift drivers seem to have a God like complex and are certainly in no hurry to turn you around. Take a book.

Met Mark McLachlan today at Hancock's in Birmingham what a top man he was ,from meeting him he was happy to share some great tips and knowledge about the Smoo Prouducts and not forgetting a free shake also .
