FIVE MASSIVE STARS for these guys... Helpful phone conversation, followed by a chat and a visit from the 'workshop' guy. He fixed the problem in no time at all. Very polite courteous man and so helpful. I'd already had Burnham Mobility Keith out, who mis-informed me of the problem, left me months in an uncomfortable chair.. these guys came in, plink, plink, plonk, job done perfectly.
Thanks to these guys. I'm now back in my comfortable chair, just the way I remember..
