Absolutely beautiful gardens and woodlands to discover. The bluebells we're still magnificent and the gardens are well maintained. I have never seen so much wild garlic in my life. It would be lovely to return at different points in the year.
We decided to have some lunch in the tearoom. It is on the pricey side-£6.50 for a small roll and small portion of salad. It was very tasty but my advice would be to take a picnic.

Expectations were high but left slightly dissapointed. Scenery is beautiful but not many flower beds. Food overpriced and minimal portion size of goats cheese. Bread rolls not fresh. Days outing cost around £60 = entrance fee for 2 = £22.00. Lunch, goats cheese salad & honey, mustard ham roll with 2 lemonade drinks + £20.00. Shame as we looked forward to this visit after reading reviews but left underwhelmed. Great sunny day though.

Stunning garden in the spring, very tranquil and peaceful, a hidden gem.
Parking along drive or in the parking field, no height barrier and plenty of room for camper vans, as long as it not to wet as your parking on grass.

What a beautiful place. Thoroughly enjoyed the walk around the grounds admiring the plants, trees and the clever union jack mowed into the lawn. With a picnic area and a cafe this is wonderful for a day out. Each area is like a different room. Kent countryside at its best. Would recommend

We attended a special History of Hole Park tour, given by the 4th-generation owner - it was fascinating! He showed us some of the Estate Archives & then took us on a short tour of the present buildings, pointing out the changes over the last 100+ years. Very enjoyable.

Fantastic place to see the bluebells. The estate has beautiful gardens. Nice route to follow from the garden, leading you into the woodland for the bluebells. There's also a cafe at the end to finish off your visit.
