Started getting our milk delivered from Bates a year ago. Best decision of our life! We have a toddler & a baby who love their milk & Bates have delivered!

If you get your milk from a supermarket, then stop. Give Bates a try! Excellent service, with an agile approach to your changing needs on a day to day basis. Just leave a note out with your bottles & if they have it on their float then it’s dropped on your doorstep for you to wake up to. Everything from yoghurts, bread, cheese, orange juice, eggs and cream!

Since the milk man who brought our milk retired not the best service, he is much missed ,orders are wrong and deliveries have been cut to a two a week so milk doesn't keep well looks like it's been frozen and goes off very quick

Bates Dairy is fantastic! We have been using them for about 9 years now. Fresh milk on your doorstep – no plastic bottles to get rid of, if I need to revise my order it’s not a problem and we even get a Christmas card off our milkman Phil. Thank you for a great product and service. 😀

Dangerous drivers.
Drivers from this company regularly race down our 20mph road. Saw one the other day doing 40mph, schoolchildren everywhere, all 4 wheels bouncing over the bumps. Awful driving.

I emailed the company but they just ignored it.

And then another incident. Dangerous tailgating a cyclist. I email them but they really don't care at all.

Avoid any dealings with these people.

Excellent reliable milk delivery service, have used Bates for over 40 years, never had any problems. Would recommend, saves the hassle of running short of milk, supermarket shopping, and no plastic bottle with my order, glass only!

They have gone over to a new payment system, and hadn’t took my monthly payment. So I rang to pay because I hate debt, only to be told I owed them £95 as the old payment was wrong. The payment they set up for me. So with this weeks delivery I have just paid £111 which now means I’m down by a lot of money for food. In this climate it’s not a good thing

I've been buying Bates' milk from my local shop for over 8 years. Unfortunately over the last couple of months, the quality seems to be falling. Opened a new 4 litre bottle this morning and it tasted off.
