We found the barn to be a very warm and inviting place to stay. The rooms are substantial and there were plenty of things to keep us occupied. Wonderful hot tub games table and board games. The bed was very comfy. You can hear the road at night as it's a busy road but it didn't hinder our sleep.
3 points to mention .1 the towels were very small and we could have done with some bath sheets. 2 the entry to the farm is on a main road and is tricky to turn into at night as it's not very well lit . It could do with some lights on the entrance for the coming months.
3 we would have liked a pack with local take aways pubs etc to go too. The blacksmiths arms and the Egerton arms are both worth a visit.

Lovely barn conversion , with lovely views over the lake.
Everything you needed.
Very clean and comfortable.
Well equipped and high spec appliances.
Would certainly visit again , highly recommend

A very impressive building. Beautiful original features, like old beams and exposed (under glass) wattle and daub. Loads of space.
Overall, very well kitted out. One downside was poor pillows on beds - very tired and flat.
Also access is a little awkward. The sign at the roadside is very small and especially hard to see at night. Could use some illumination.
