The turkey is delicious and it came at just a touch above the paid for weight, so no problems there. However their customer service does seem very poor - they don't seem to do email at all and from a previous recent reviewers experience it would seem that calling them is ill advised! So a better, less stressful (I also found the delivery information on the website less than crystal clear) experience and some level of customer service would have made it 5 stars - just answer your emails!

Ah, what a way to start a Tuesday morning. The absolute last thing I anticipated was being reduced to tears by an extraordinarily rude woman answering the phone. It’s truly remarkable how their exceptional meat is not even remotely reflected in the quality of their customer service.

I only asked a straightforward question about my delivery—why there wasn’t more information provided. That’s it. Yet, somehow, this warranted being spoken to in such a way that I had to ask three times for her to lower her voice. And just when I thought it couldn’t get worse, the conversation culminated in her suggesting that I, the customer, “need to see a doctor.”

Completely unprovoked, completely unnecessary, and completely unacceptable.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ This bird is Bang on the money! Proper farmers doing a proper job. The only truly free range Turkey that you can witness yourself, just visit the farm!, totally traceable and the welfare of the birds is second to none, and the flavour is outrageously succulent. Just wait until you get that parcel delivered, you will be blown away with the quality AND it’s CHEAPER than M&S!! wtf! It’s a no brainer. Just placed my order and I’m already getting excited!!!

I ordered a Turkey crown hamper for Christmas. The order arrived as per our instructions and on time. The meats were well packaged and fresh. Our Turkey was moist and delicious, there were plenty of pigs in blankets with extra sausage and bacon to make more. We really loved the gravy and I would suggest including an option to buy extra, if you don’t already do so. Thank you for a great Christmas dinner.

This is the best turkey we’ve had, cooked according to the instructions, beautifully moist and so easy to carve, no dry turkey at all. I ordered a 5.5kg turkey to feed 3 people on Christmas Day and 5 on Boxing Day, we had so much left over I was able to make turkey curry, turkey chilli and turkey casserole for freezing. Well worth the money and peace of mind knowing where it’s come from 👍

Collection system is good but the drive in is very muddy so wear walking boots or wellies. Turkey's from here are always top quality.
