Charlotte made us a numbered Paw Patrol cake for my son’s second birthday.
She was so thorough in making sure we got what we wanted, she offered different types of sponge and icing and even made printed paw patrol pictures for the cake. The tiny little bones on the top of the icing just shows the attention to detail.
The sponge is gorgeous and moist and the flavour is amazing!
Charlotte was very attentive when it came to messages and pick up instructions were nice and clear.
I couldn’t have wanted a better cake or a better experience. I’ve found a cake maker forever! Everyone at the party commented on how nice the cake tasted and everyone was very impressed by how it looked.
Thank you for such a great experience and an even nicer cake! We will book again for the next birthday!!

Charlotte made me some Gluten & Dairy free chocolate cupcakes and they were the best I have ever had. So light and fluffy, you wouldn't even know they were gluten and dairy free. Can't recommend Charlotte and Mini Mixers enough. Wouldn't go anywhere else xx

Can I just say without buying a single cake Charlotte is the nicest person to talk to, she's very professional with a lovely down to earth nature .
Without even tasting or seeing her cakes in real life , I would buy just on the basis of that one phone call, I completely agree that this lady has her full heart in her product's.

I picked my cake up on Sunday, it was a traybake and my only input was surprise me. I wasn’t disappointed! Such a gorgeous looking cake!! I spent the whole day determined not to cut into it as I was home alone, I’d wait.
Wow, when we did cut into it, just wow.
