Lovely stay nice welcome , very clean like new , fastest WiFi ever 500gig electric car charging , games dvds well stocked kitchen out of the way nice and quiet,not far to local supermarket and shops 1 room double 1 twin , one single two bathroom s one up one down , dog friendly, I closed area at the back can let the dog out ,good parking directly out side ,

Another lovely return stay in Croft cottage
Lesley was so helpful checking everything was ok, lovely welcome pack and fresh milk on arrival which was a nice touch.

Great place to stay, friendly owners on site are very helpful. Amazing views of the river Kent Valley and beyond. We have seen allsorts of wildlife from foxes to deer.

With wonderful views well presented and comfortable cottage, We will definitely be staying at Patton Hall Farm again hopefully when it's lambing season. Wonderful hosts nothing was too much trouble even extended our stay by a further night, it's so peaceful even though it is a working Farm highly recommend.

What a fantastic location. So peaceful. Views are amazing. The cottages are impeccably kept and perfect for a short break away. The owners are friendly and ensure you have everything for a pleasurable stay. Can't recommend enough.
