I have always found the staff here to be so helpful and kind. There's a white haired gentleman who is clearly the main pharmacist; he is extremely helpful and goes out of his way to deal with questions as in depth as he can. There is also a lady with dark hair who usually works on the till; she is always so smiley and gives the best customer service even though I’m sure at times it must be a demanding job. So, thank you to all of you.

We came to the pharmacy for our covid vaccines. Wasn't the closest (about 15 miles away) but the soonest booking available. We were greeted at the door with no waiting around. We answered some quick questions on a form and we were in and out in 5 minutes. Excellent standard of service, the staff were so friendly and helped speed the process along. Thank you to the pharmacy team. Glad we are booked back here for the second one.

Very efficient knowledgable pharmacy staff; I have had many helpful chats in the private room regarding my complex array of medicines and any problems I am having with side effects etc,... especially useful when I have been unable to get a phone consultation/ appointment with the surgery doctors next door. So always best to ask here first regarding problems with new medicines as they know so much and are always very kind to fit you in bespite their busy footfall at certain times.

Went for my vaccine on 14th March, no queue, straight in, straight out.
Altaf was administrating the vaccine, he asked all relevant questions and acknowledged that I have a slight needle phobia. Very helpful and carming. Would recommend 👌

Terrible experience during booster vaccine for my wife. Real attitude problem of the vaccinator - thinks he's a darts pro, arrogant with it. Volunteer staff great as you would expect.

Told me to ask a travel agent or an airline for proof of neg covid test because i need to take a train across a border. What about that makes sense? Are travel agents doctors capable of providing a medical diagnosis to anyone who asks? Why would they even start to operate such a service? Im not even a customer, why would they care? Silly old hag, should retire.
