We had a lovely stay. Our room was nicely decorated and the bed was one of the comfiest we have ever stayed in!
The food was delicious with a great choice on the menu.
We stayed on valentines night and also celebrated our 10th wedding anniversary, we got married here.

Went to the restaurant for Sunday lunch with the family and the food was excellent and staff were great! We were given a large table in the window so plenty of room. Second time we have been and must say we were really impressed. We will definitely be back soon!

Stayed over one night just before going to the airport. Hotel was very welcoming, staff were very friendly and helpful. Food and drink very nice, wide menu, and good value. The bedroom did need a little bit of TLC, which I believe would be happening over the winter. All in all, an excellent stay, and would not hesitate to return.

We had a birthday treat overnight here, the room was spectacular, the food was delicious. The staff were friendly and very helpful. We will be going back as this is also 15 min from the airport terminals and you don’t get much traffic or any airport noise disturbing you

We were having a family gathering. The hotel was ideally situated for us all.
The staff were friendly and very helpful, service with a smile.
The rooms were clean and nicely furnished.
The food was excellent!
It is not far from Manchester airport if travelling by air.

Nicely decorated rooms, spacious and very clean, has a cottagecore, quirky feel to it. However, I really struggled to sleep. The Pillows were very soft, the mattress didn't feel comfortable and I could hear noise late at night and early morning from outside the door and on the road (I am a light sleeper but not picky with Pillows/mattress)
I can't speak for other rooms. Maybe my room location wasn't ideal.

Stayed overnight on a Saturday.. All staff are attentive and friendly which was nice. The room was at the rear 1st floor and was quiet with no real noise from the events that seemed to be on. The room was a little tired but with a comfy bed and a bath that filled in two minutes. One thing missing and frustrating was no sockets had USB outlets. Nowadays I rarely need to drag a plug adapter anywhere but wish I had. Evening meal was good but breakfast was a little disappointing.. Buffet style food was warm at best but plates were cold which was a shame as everything was cooked well.. Pastries and fruit selection were also a little lacklustre. I would stay again if in the area.
