What a really helpful shop, took my lawn mower to Kenlowe Lawn Mowers in Shaw in August, still not fixed it or even looked at it after 4 months, so picked up today and came straight here and explained my problem and stated he'd sort it as soon as he could.
No rush really at this time of year for my lawn mower but I'm sure it'll be fixed quicker than the 4 months it's spent in Shaw.

Great shop, and one I'll be using again if I ever have issues in the future with our lawnmower. Diagnosed and fixed our lawnmower within a week for a reasonable price, despite being very busy from what I saw when I popped to the back into their workshop to collect it. Fantastic service from start to finish and I really can't fault them at all. They explained to me what caused the electrical fault and how they had remedied the problem.

They were also happy to answer any questions that I had regarding the mower and replacement parts I may need in the future. Very professional and clearly know what they're talking about. Thanks again!

Great service with professional advice....
Couldn't repair my Bush Cutter without it costing more than the tool was worth, only charged me the minimum fee for taking a look at it. Really pleased with the guys and their great customer service....

Sure I'll elaborate. Called about servicing my lawnmower and wS told to bring it down. Spent 50 minutes fighting traffic to get to you, to parkmin front of a work shop full of young lads sitting around watch me unload the lawnmower on my own from the car. Walked it all the way up to the shop and was greeted by a chap who came across like he would rather be anywhere else in the world than serving me. He then informed me that yes you would take my lawnmower but it would sit in the back for at least 3 weeks before anyone even takes a look at it. Had this been informed to me on the phone when I was advised to bring it down then there is no way I would of wasted 2 hours of my day in a boiling hot car. The same work shop watched me struggle to get the law mower back into my boot on my own as well. Honestly one of the poorest experiences I've had in a long long time, like going back to the days when mechanics would laugh at you if you weren't in the know and make you as uncomfortable as possible. Would not return and would tell people thinking of using you not to bother either. There is a place I've now gone to called fix it in Swinton, really nice guy and a whole lot more appreciative of the business.
