Hi Matthew and team! We just wanted to say thank you for the lovely plants we picked up yesterday and Dad was pleased to see you again! Adding up, the plants definitely came up cheaper than we thought, so thank you for some great bargains. Some of the lovely double primroses have gone with Mum, Dad and Nan and I’m going to find some time in the week to plant out the rest of the primroses in our garden, add the thymes to our little herb section, plant the cotoneaster around a hedgehog house that we have, and work out where to put the rest!! We’ll definitely be back later in the year. All the best until then (hope this reaches you as wasn’t sure where best to message you). ☺️

First visit for me, nicely layout garden centre.
Each section of plants / flowers were labelled with recommendations for planting, high, shade / sunshine.
Don't know prices but some looked cheap.
The Lady at payment was very friendly and knowledgeable and explain how best to plant, etc so thank you
I leave it to you to decide on price, the two picture cost me £49.50.

Our gardener mentioned Matthews to me during the week and we visited the following Saturday. Easy to find and good easy parking. So much to see. Very helpful “family” staff. Knowledgable about the products and full of enthusiasm which was lovely to see.
We spent about an hour perusing the plants as there was so much choice. Picked up a lovely selection and a huge bag of their home milled compost too.
This is one of those gems which you find out about by word of mouth. Well, take my word for it and visit. You won’t regret it.

Brilliant greenhouses, and family run business, I got here more than ever now as plants are exceptionally healthy, and the best priced around, there's staff to hand of you need help or have any questions and large stocks of seasonal plants, shrubs, flowers etc, the customer service is amazing, thank you.

Great selection and amazing prices, worth the journey. So many different types of each plant what a gem. No café or soaps this is all about the plants! Great family run feel from the staff. Car park is a problem in peek times I hope you manage to sort this out in the future,
