Relaxing stay at the weekend with friends. Beautiful setting within a short drive of the motorway. Food - no complaints. Varied menu and not too expensive in a hotel. Rooms comfy and clean. One star knocked off for older bathroom (albeit clean and fully functional) and no biscuits!!

The initial impression is great. An impressive stately home alongside a more contemporary hotel building surrounded by its own golf course. The staff are courteous and dealt quickly with our initial problem of a blood stained quilt cover.
The room was poorly decorated and very dated with no air conditioning. The bathroom door didn’t latch properly and also didn’t have a lock. The windows were originals from the 90’s, very thin & ineffective.
Our room was on the north side of the main hotel building, overlooking a service yard. The noise from the generator within the yard was horrendous and continued throughout the night making it impossible to sleep. The refuse & recycling was collected around 8am creating even more noise.
The bar area was below the standard you’d expect of a Hilton. Once again the staff were great but let down by limited stock and the disgusting environment they work in. The hotel is pet friendly and so the floors were covered in dirt and matted dog hair.
I’m sure pet owners luck enough to secure south facing rooms will have an alternative opinion however we will avoid this place in future.

This hotel is just off the M50 and M5 in lovely grounds with of course a golf course. |It is quite large as a low level hotel with heaters rather than air conditioning. |The room we had was well presented, clean and tidy. We also had a bath, which is a real positive. |There is a nice pool and the dining area for breakfast is quite large too. The breakfast was plentiful.

This was a perfect hotel for a short family break. Staff were amazing from start to finish and were particularly helpful at the bar and restaurant. Food was brilliant, breakfast had so many options for all the family, room service was really quick and the food in the bar was great too and we were never waiting too long. The swimming pool was perfect for small children with a separate shallow area for smaller kids to play in. The children’s inside play room was such a good idea as well as was so helpful when you have children that get up at different times! We had a room that was slightly dated and not the best view so felt quite dark (odd no. Rooms seem to have a better view if you can prebook. But the room was a great size and really clean so not too much of an issue. Really happy all round

The staff here were fantastic, every one was so very helpful. Breakfast has the best range of dairy free alternatives I've seen at any hotel. Personally the bed was too hard, but others found them fine so thats just personal preference- the rooms were nice and clean. The pool, jacuzzi, and sauna were very nice and the rest of the gym facilities looked nice. Very close to M50 / M5 and Tewkesbury so a great base from which to explore the area.

Our stay at the Hilton Puckrup Hall in Tewkesbury for a wedding event was truly unforgettable! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the charm and elegance of this beautiful property. The grounds are absolutely stunning – rolling green lawns, scenic views, and lovely outdoor spaces that provided the perfect backdrop for photos and leisurely strolls.

The hotel’s staff was attentive and friendly, making us feel warmly welcomed throughout our stay. The food was outstanding; every dish was thoughtfully prepared and delicious, adding that extra special touch to the celebration. The wedding dinner was beautifully presented, and breakfast each morning was a delight, with a wide selection that catered to every taste.

Our room was spacious, comfortable, and impeccably clean, offering a great blend of classic style and modern amenities. We enjoyed waking up to the peaceful views outside, which made our stay feel like a true escape.

The Hilton Puckrup Hall is an ideal venue for a wedding or getaway. The staff, food, and scenic surroundings exceeded our expectations, and we would gladly return for another stay. Highly recommended!

Fantastic few days at Puckrup and a golf package. Staff were brilliant and helpful. The Spa was lovely. The golf course was in great condition and catered for a range of handicaps. The food was top notch h with massive range of choices. We had a lovely stay and would 100% recommend!

Had an exec room in the main house.
Room was very big and spacious, but lots of little things made the overall experience only worth 3 stars, the room was dusty, every lamp had only been dusted on one side, the side not facing into the room was thick with dust, lamp shades loose, there was a massive fridge next to the bed which just didn't fit in, the wardrobe was next to the bathroom, the shower head didn't work properly, I had to hold it with one hand. Just lots of little things.
The health club was decent, although having guests take their mobile phones into the pool is never good!
Evening meal was very nice and priced very sensible.
Breakfast was also very nice.
Service throughout was very good and could not be faulted, especially during Saturday nights evening meal.
