I was so pleasantly surprised that the food was so familiar to me,as you cook very much like me. I was looking for a meal prep i can order from but i was also nervous about whether i would like the food as a picky eater. The meals where tasty and well prepared. Not forgetting to mention im meeting my fitness targets with your portion control and its made my journey a much easier much pleasant one. Definitely recommend.

I left a really large meal prep company, I found Meal Prep Fitness since then I haven’t looked back. The meat used is high quality including the ingredients. The previous company I used put too much sugar in the food. I can tell the meals are fresh and flavourful! They are like home cooked meals! I use this service because meal planning takes far too much time. I do recommend ! I look forward to when they start breakfast options !

So on a genuine note I’ve tried several different halal meal prep services in the Uk. This one is literally miles better than the other ones in the UK. The food is legit delicious even after weeks in the freezer it tastes so fresh it’s unbelievable. Trust me if you are a student that cannot cook to save a life, order from them NOWWW!!. The food literally beats restaurant standards and is really healthy, I wish I found em earlier.

Fresh, tasty and satisfying! I have been ordering the meals from weight loss plans since 3 weeks and have managed to shed 3 kilos! It had been a challenge to find a tasty, clean/balanced and halal food but this has been a great experience. The food is fresh, I love the salmons (never dry or over-cooked), perfect amount of carbs and vegetables.

Honestly words cant describe how delicious and tasty their foods are.
