Here I can find everything I need for my business (I am a baker). Reasonable prices,all products in stock almost every time I am going (weakly).
There is free parking and You need a member card .

Disgusting customer service on the phone… i ordered everything in because for obvious reasons: I NEEDED IT!!!!!
The driver dropped everything and left, me without managing to check everything and left me no coke, not saying goodbye or anything, i call the customer service 30seconds after the driver leaves saying call him back because he left now, absolutely useless and rude behaviour from the lady on the phone who says to me “LISTEN”, how on earth is permitted something like this? Booker staff needs primary school training how to use manners in life, if you work on the phone not facing the customers at least learn how to talk to customers who pay your wages literally, if not leave your job!!
All they done is credit me and closed the case straight away, how convenient!!!!

Booker is a trade "Cash and Carry" selling both catering supplies and groceries for small shops. I've been using them for over thirty years for catering supplies, so they must be doing something right.
In recent years they've switched to debit and then credit card payment, so you no longer need cash or cheque. The range of catering supplies changes - they were once good for commercial kitchen accessories but that's dropped.
Booker takes a loose definition of "trade", and has been happily supplying clubs and the Scouts and Guides for years. However, members of the public who are expecting something like Costco are going to be disappointed - they're not the target customer and it won't be geared to their needs.
If you're cooking for a lot of people it's the place to go. Their own brand products make the job easy, and are of high quality.

Well stocked and plenty of staff on hand. Tills are still too slow to check and get out the door. If I have 2 trolleys I would have to empty one in the car and come back in through the front entrance. Staff could at least help rather then look at you.
