THIS IS THE PLACE. If you’re looking for a great beer, wine, whisky, gin, and/or just about any kind of booze of the highest quality, then this is your place. Great local selections and brands for abroad as well! The staff are friendly and helpful, ready to answer questions and offer suggestions. This is my go-to place in the Hope Valley. Always new things to try as well. Never disappointed. Check it out!

Decent little shop selling exactly what it says it sells! Nice place to grab a couple of cold drinks for a walk or just to take back to the campsite or hotel. A bit pricey, but only as pricey as any other bespoke beer and wine shop.
I bought some truffle crisps for £4! They were very tasty though.

Amazing shop with plenty of great products. I especially liked the range of local spirits. I picked up a few ceramic bottles that were made by Wade Ceramics in Stoke-on-Trent. The shop owner was really friendly and helpful. I will definitely be coming back to add to my collection!

Really good selection of beers and wines. There are of course wines from all around the world, but it is great to see so many locally drinks as well. This is our go to place especially when we are having a party!

A very well curated selection of whisky to satisfy the enthusiast, predominantly featuring new distilleries and Independent Bottlers at reasonable prices and natural, craft presentation. The owner, Stefan, is clearly knowledgeable and able to guide a novice, someone buying a present, or a fan simply seeking inspiration. The purpose of my first visit was to buy whisky and I ended-up purchasing 2 bottles; but while in the shop I did spy an excellent selection of beers, many of them local, and a wide range of wines, too. I’m fortunate to live 10 miles away, so will return soon to further explore the gems that this retailer stocks.
