Visits MiladyTea and Coffee Lounge on a Saturday 12.30pm, there are few seats at the front with many more at the rear.
Both staff were friendly and polite, and it was nice couple other customer chatted to us, one giving me her finished new paper.
The memu is large and varied, the food we choose was presented well and tasted nice.
There are some nice touches with the decor, creating a warm environment.
Would pop in again when next in Ware

A friend of ours recommended this place because she said the cakes were really delicious and so we went to Milady to validate our friend's claims and recommendations.

Boy, we were in for a treat! The cakes (made by Belgique and sold at Milady) are really delicious and it made me crave for more! Personally, the cakes they sell are made with just the right amount of sweetness (nothing over-the-top) and firmness.

Moving on, we went back to try their breakfast lineup (yes, there is a sit-down area for you to enjoy your meal) and again, it did not disappoint.
Kudos to the staff for being friendly and patient.

Definitely a must go-to place for anyone visiting the town of Ware!

One of the volunteers at Scott's Grotto recommended this place to us, and we weren't disappointed. The cakes in the window looked delicious and so inviting. The service was extremely polite and we felt like valued customers, even though this was our first visit. Both the coffee and cake were delicious and everything was served on simple but really good quality crockery.

Everywhere was clean, including the customer toilet, and nothing was too much trouble for the staff.

It was nearing the end of a quiet Saturday afternoon, so we were able to spend time chatting with the staff, and learning about the history of the building.

Just a shame we don't live nearby as this would become one of our regular haunts.

Staff are rude and have no idea what coffee beans they have/sell when making a coffee. I find this not acceptable for a coffee shop not to know where and what coffee beans they are using and charging a customer upwards of £3 - £4 for a coffee.

Wonderful Cafe with great selection of different breakfast options. Staff was lovely. They were very friendly and made it a great experience with our baby who could use their highchair and changing table.

I had breakfast here with my mum this morning, and we found it very enjoyable. I’ve been meaning to pop in for ages because of the beautiful cakes displayed out-front and I’m very glad I finally did. We both ordered one of the hot breakfast options, and I have to say I had the best eggs Benedict I’ve ever tried! A lot of places get the Hollandaise wrong, but it was well balanced here, not too lemony. They have delicious English breakfast tea - one of those loose leaf tea bags. The cakes tasted just as exquisite as they looked. The perfect place for breakfast/lunch and a hot drink with cake. Lovey!

Also, the waitresses were wonderful! Very friendly, welcoming and helpful. It was very endearing to hear how many customers they knew by name, and they were having a quick chat with the regulars in-between the extremely attentive service they provided which contributed to such a nice atmosphere in the cafe.

Unfortunately, since my last visit the food quality has taken a nose dive.
I’m hoping this was a glitch but I ordered a hot breakfast which was advertised as having the following:
Cumberland sausage- I was served a standard tiny pork sausage
Streaky bacon - I was served Back Bacon
Grilled Toms- very very slightly grilled
Poached eggs- I could just taste the vinegar
And finally, a tiny pot of cold beans
For the cost -circa 13 quid with an extra egg
I would expect better.
If you don’t have the correct ingredients, at least let the patrons know.
