Good shelving and the best priced I could find after searching around quite a lot of places. One shelf arrived damaged but was resolved very quickly and efficiently. Great products and great service. Fantastic company to deal with. Would recommend and would definitely buy again.

I have just purchased garage shelving 1800m by 1200m. Extremely good customer service and delivered the next day. I put both sets of shelving up on my own, ( im almost 60 years old ) very easy to do , took under an hour to erect both sets. ,I put together outside and lifted into garage , (very sturdy even without the shelves ) then put the shelving in place . Highly reccomend .

Firstly, the ECO racking is fantastic. Needs a bit of strength to put together and definitely get yourself a rubber mallet, but once up, this thing is going nowhere. Eclipses our old £20 sets from B&Q and meant we could get all our IKEA storage boxes off the floor and from being stacked up.

Secondly, it turns out the owner of the business lives 6 doors down from us! He called after I'd placed my order on Sunday and personally delivered today. Can't imagine this is a service everyone gets but was both fantastic and hilarious in equal measure!

Great customer service, easy to use website, solid product and a very reasonable price. Can't go wrong.

I have ordered two contemporary coffee side tables with metal legs,as I fell in love with them the minute I saw them online. They are not only all what I was looking for when it comes to style an colour but they look way much better in reality than on photo,I am very pleased I got them.
I was also informed of every step from placing and order to dispatch of it. Everything went nice and quick without any problems. I will be definitely checking this store for more uniqe items.

I bought two metal cabinets. Unfortunately they were some issues to the both products. Followed returns protocol. I was dealing with Mark. Once everything was confirmed with returning the cabinets. Everything was smooth. I didn't get to keep the product. But I got my refund as stated by company. Non quibble refund. They honor that. Please buy with confidence from this company and if there is any unforseen issues they will sort your problem out.

It's not true!!!
Very poor quality from cheap material!!!

Be careful they don't want return I must open Paypal case for a return and refund.

Top customer service experience from Racking Solutions.

Bought a shelving unit via Amazon last year for my garage but the wooden shelves got mouldy. I contacted Racking Solutions to enquire about replacements and without question arranged for replacement shelves for no cost. They also advised I varnish the new shelves which I have done.

Excellent product and easy to assemble. Speedy delivery. I did my homework before buying and compared prices for this kind of shelving and I found them to be excellent value. I had a query and the staff were very helpful and friendly. WIll be going back if I need any more in my garage.
