Stopped by for a look whilst holidaying in Hexam. Was very impressed by David who took us through a selection of red wines and after going in for 1 bottle left with 6 and a subscription! David was very welcoming and friendly. Not only was he extremely helpful to us but it was obvious his knowledge and experience was vast and exemplary. Customer Service at its finest. 10/10

What a wine shop should be. You can taste a selection of wines and tap into the knowledge of the staff if you need some help. A good choice of wines that are a bit different to the supermarket brands. Delivery or pick up available. Better to contact the store direct rather than through the website.
On my latest visit, there were no wines open for tasting. Very disappointing as it's one of Majestic's unique selling points
