Came there for a frozen collection, loaded quickly. Helpful people. Relatively easy to get in and out via intercom. Only three loading bays, so it’s better to stick to your booking time, although they will let you in earlier if they’ve got a bay free. Generally a good place.

Loading isnt to bad 1hr 25min
But dont expect anyone to acknowledge ur there when u arrive or when u collect ur keys and paperwork they all just wanna stand in the office talking and laughing while ur standing there like an idiot
9 of em in the office while i was waiting for my paperwork and not one of acknowledged me for about 10min

Agency never picks up the phone, but yet threatens you your job if you dont pick up their calls for what ever reason. Also one of the staffs are rude as well.
