Just left a very informative meeting with Phil at Blue Seal and although we couldn’t buy direct Phil was so helpful, patient and thorough explaining the different models with us.

Products look great but please find a courier who offer a parcel tracking service. You are selling to business people who have busy lives and don't want to be hanging around all day for a delivery. With all the technology on offer in this day and age it's unbelievable.
I can order a pizza from Domino's and can know exactly what stage the delivery is at. But with you l have to wait in hope for 8 hours that the courier may turn up.

Very disappointed with this company.We bought 5 x G9 lamp bulbs for our oven and including carriage it costs us £41.94 VAT included. I rang them up and explained that we were shocked by the costs, as on the day when I rang up for my order I was told the bulb is £1.99 each! only to be told that's their list price is actually £4.99 each bulb. We decided to return our purchase, only to be told that there will a 20% re-stocking charge. Bottom line we paid out £21.98 for nothing. Very unethical!!

Brilliant service . I called for some information about a new oven and the man dave was vey helpful and informative . He advised me about the different options which would suit my needs even though they could not sell me an oven direct he was

I have brand new blue seal fryer and grill i have never seen bad grill and fryer,i dont recomend no one,i have spend over 1000 pound on fryer for repair still not working both machine will go dustbin
