My father has recently moved into Mockley Manor care home, following a month in hospital. He has dementia and the decision for him to go into a care home rather than returning home was difficult. However I can not praise the staff more highly. Without exception, I have found staff responsive, willing to listen and above all so caring. Any requests from us as a family are dealt with efficiently and with understanding.
My father has changed so much over the past few weeks. He is happy, he is more sociable and his mobility has improved significantly. Previously he was reluctant to leave the house.

My aunt recently had two weeks restbite
Room was not clean. Not enough staff to give even a minimum of level of care .
Drinks and food just left to go cold and not collected.
No inventory when arrived .
When trying to contact Mockley Manor by phone they do not answer the phone
You really do need to think twice if you are considering Mockley Manor for a loved one

I regularly come and sing for the residents at Mockley Manor. The staff are wonderful and Katy the activities coordinator is absolutely brilliant. There's always a great variety of activities planned and it feels like you're part of one big family. Highly recommend!

Excellent nursing home near Ullenhall and on the outskirts of Redditch. Large rooms in the modern extension where my dad stays. Caring staff and very friendly atmosphere. Very nice outdoor areas. Communal rooms throughout the building. Regular activities for the guests to get involved in.

My mum has been in mockley manor for 25 days on a short stay everyone from rachael home manager to carers and other staff have been very kind and supportive throught mums stay thank you all for your support not just for my mum but the support you also gave me her daughter sharon and son adrian thank you

Badly maintained and poorly cleaned. Language barrier with many of the staff. Too many delays on medication and medical querys.
Poor communication. I wouldn't recommend this place for a stray dog. The out side is a disgrace. Poorly maintained gardens. Weeds litter broken bird feeders.
