A Family-Friendly Find at Hillers Farm Shop

Our family had a delightful outing at Hillers Farm Shop in Dunnington Heath Farm. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, and the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. It was busy but we were able to get a table quite quickly.

We indulged in a delicious lunch, my father enjoyed the creamy chicken liver pâté. My son was particularly impressed with the juicy beef burger, while I savored the flavorful warm goat cheese salad. (Burger for me next time) My daughter just opted for chips and chocolate cake and she was thrilled.

After lunch, we took a leisurely stroll through the beautiful grounds, admiring the vibrant flowers and lush greenery. The bird hide was a particular highlight, offering a peaceful escape and a chance to observe local wildlife. We also came across a pond during our stroll where it had its own security guard 🦆 watching over the fish 🐟. Dragon flys a plenty too.

Overall, our experience at Hillers Farm Shop was fantastic. The food was excellent, the service was top-notch, and the atmosphere was relaxing. If you're looking for a family-friendly spot to enjoy a delicious meal and explore the countryside, we highly recommend giving Hillers Farm Shop a visit.

I have visited since 2005 and there is a reason I keep coming back every week to eat in the Garden Cafe and buy my groceries in the Farm Shop. The food is often locally sourced and they offer a great selection of fresh seasonal produce and home cooked delights.
All of the staff in the cafe and shop are polite, friendly, attentive, helpful and a great credit to this amazing family business. Well worth a visit and if you have to queue for a table in the cafe, it's well worth the wait.

Lovely place for coffee & scone, outdoor seating looking out towards the Malverns. Getting served in order is very hit & miss. Very pretty garden to walk round, with a hide to watch the birds, & deer at certain times

What a great farm shop stunning quality.
The fish counter is incredible i have just had a 2.7 kilo turbot off them that was divine amazing also had their halibut and huge prawns.
You get what you pay for and i will be going back i highly recommend going to hillers and especially the fish monger.
great butchery and cheese as well.

Great place for your produce needs. Lovely selection of fresh fruit and veg, meat and much more. Local honey is sold there too which is a lovely touch. Staff are friendly and the shop is clean too ! The restaurant on the grounds is very good too with a good selection of food and drinks with lovely seating indoors and outdoors. There are also the gardens attached to this which are stunning along with a bird hide where we saw many birds including a wood pecked !! Highly recommend this place for people of all ages it is a lovely day out in the beautiful countryside!

We were there for a children's birthday party, and it was perfect. All the children had an amazing time.

If there's two of you taking kids to a party, the cafe is nice and close to where the parties are held, for one of you to bring back take away drinks and snacks.

We didn't have time to sit and eat, or explore the shop ... but will return soon and update the review.

Wonderful original farmhouse. Great range of locally sourced fruit and vegetables. Great garden to explore and garden centre for plant buying which is closed in the winter months. The garden has a lovely bird hide which a large variety of birds but
the best thing about Hillers apart from the food store is the wonder ful restaurant with great breakfasts and lunches. I am a bit of a fan and it has a railway and sandpit for children.
