We took my mum in law for a belated birthday afternoon tea at the weekend and we had a great visit, everything was fantastic. The staff were friendly and attentive, the food was outstanding, so delicious & plentiful. We could see the cakes being made in the kitchen from the dining area which was a treat to watch! We can't wait to go back.

Came today for festive afternoon tea with my sister and my 10 year old and it was fabulous! The attention to detail was second to none, with all the festive extras to make it all the more special and the food was so fresh and tasty! Thank you all so much. We loved it and highly recommend.

Such a lovely experience we had cream teas which were scrumptious.
Staff really friendly and polite. Another visit today again a great experience lovely sandwiches and lemon drizzle cake. 🌟🌟🌟

Visited as I had been told it was a good place to have afternoon tea. Unfortunately I was quite disappointed, the finger sandwiches were very nice, thank you. However, the scone was lovely despite only being offered the version with sultanas however the portion of jam and cream was less than needed for one scone,as we were two this meant we could bearly taste it which was a shame as the scones were large and quite pleasant.
There is no top up for the pot of tea and you have to pay if you ask for another pot despite the fact that you are not brought clean tea cups and more milk!

Overall the service was mediocre, it was circa £40 for two which is on the expensive side so I wouldn't recommend a visit.

Went here for lunch today with my nan, my nan was very impressed with her scone and I loved my chocolate ganache. Didn’t wait long for our food and it was freshly made. Big shoutout to the amazing Lynne, Sheila and Amie. Highly recommended.

What a lovely place, service was very friendly and quick. Food is home made on premises so everything was fresh. We had the afternoon tea which was so nice and filling. Scone was still oven fresh warm 😋😋😋

Great experience, welcomed as soon as we walked through the door. Food was lovely and the service from the ladies was fantastic. No wonder this place has been winning awards across the Wirral. Highly recommend people to pay it a visit.
